DarwinOmics.ai is a research support platform. Researchers, institutions, and reviewers remain responsible for study design, parameter choice, quality control, interpretation, validation, and downstream scientific or clinical conclusions.
Third-party models, pipelines, datasets, and repositories remain subject to their own licenses and terms. DarwinOmics.ai does not grant broader rights than those upstream terms allow.
No upstream indemnity is assumed unless separately documented in a written agreement or upstream license. Public open-source and academic licenses commonly disclaim warranty and liability.
