Rust-native NanoFilt 2.8-compatible long-read filtering for research data artifact. Filters reads by post-crop minimum length, maximum original length, average Phred quality, GC fraction, and fixed head/tail cropping; certified against upstream NanoFilt 2.8.0 golden FASTQ output for the implemented streaming scope.
